Instructions

Place a powerband on the floor, with the middle crossed over into a figure 8 and grasp each end of the band. Bring the band over your head and have the band positioned across your back. With straight arms, set yourself up in a push-up position. Brace your core and bend your elbows down until your upper arm is at least parallel to the floor. Push yourself up to repeat.

Tips

To increase the intensity of this exercise, use a band that has a higher amount of resistance or use multiple bands.
