Instructions
Adjust the seat height so that the chest support pad is aligned with the centre of your chest. Lean forward and grasp the handgrips so that your arms are at a decline. Staying seated, pull the handgrips back until your hands are close to your torso, keeping your chest on the pad. Focusing on squeezing your shoulder blades together. Return the handgrips to the start position with control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
Your shoulders can round a little at the start of the movement, but bring them back as you row. This allows your shoulders to work through a full range of motion.
