Instructions

Place cable pulley at a low position, with a single hand stirrup attached. Hold on to the stirrup with both hands and step away from it with your body facing side on to the pulley. Bracing your core and keeping your arms as straight as possible, pull the stirrup diagonally upward by rotating your torso and raising your arms up until they are overhead. Your feet should pivot throughout the movement. Return the cable to original position with control. Repeat and then turn around to repeat on the opposite side.
