Home Workout 1: No Equipment Needed
This is the first of many home workouts I will be posting over the coming months to help keep people fit and strong during the COVID-19 chaos.
This is a fast paced workout that gets the heart pumping, and the best thing is, there is no equipment needed!
This is also a great workout to do with the whole family, for those of you who are home schooling kids right now!
Perform 4 to 6 rounds:
- 50 high knees
- 40 mountain climbers
- 30 split squats (15 a side)
- 20 running plank
- 10 push-ups
- 5 turkish get-ups (alternate sides each round)
